2020, like every year of baseball, is set to be a fun one. As commemoratives become more popular around the game, we are starting to see more and more of them pop up! Follow this post all season to see every single baseball used! It will be updated as more are announced and as more photos are released.

These 2020 Spring Training balls will be used for every single spring training (and most exhibition games) leading up to the regular season. Nice to be back to a less minimalist design after last year, and also nice to keep the “2020 Spring Training” stamping that they’ve been doing since Spring commemoratives inception. Love the state outlines, also like the font in which “FL” and “AZ” are portrayed. Looks good all around! Find AZ on eBay, here. And find FL on eBay, here.

For the first time in a long time, MLB will be playing a game in the Dominican Republic. It is an exhibition, but it warrants a commemorative none the less. The game will be played at Estadio Quisqueya Juan Marichal on March 7th between the Twins and Tigers. Find these on eBay, here.

Unfortunately the Opening Day baseball for this season is exactly the same as last, except for the year being changed to 2020. It has the iconic bunting, and not much else. This currently is the only league wide commemorative confirmed for 2020. Find these on eBay, here.

The Brewers will use this ball for some of their home games this season. It is the same logo they are wearing on their sleeve of the jerseys as well. Has the iconic ball in glove logo, the 50 uses the same font as their new jersey numbers, and it has years. Its a “Golden Anniversary” as the Brew Crew have put on the ball. Good looking logo!

The Minnesota Twins will use this ball for all home games. It is also the same logo they are wearing as a sleeve patch for this upcoming season. Great silhouette of the skyline, love the “60” font, it has Minnesota Twins on it, what is not to like! Fantastic logo!

It could be better, it could be worse. Since “Globe Life Field” is a sponsored ballpark name, it can not be featured on the baseball. What we do see is “Inaugural Season” instead, along with the rangers “T” logo, and a silhouette of the park and its retractable roof, also a small 2020 in the upper left of the logo. The Rangers will use this ball for all home games. Find these on eBay, here.

Sadly, Cancelled. The 2020 Mexico Series will be played between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the San Diego Padres from April 18-19 at Alfredo Harp Helú Stadium. As for the logo, it is strikingly similar to last year, and pretty lame. Once again, no teams unfortunately on it. Find this ball on eBay, here.

Sadly, Cancelled. Could be better, could be worse. At least it isn’t some lame normal font we have seen in the past. The letters seem to vary. Of course we have to have the small MLB logo, and it says in what will be tiny font on the top San Juan 2020. At least it has that, but I would love to see the teams on there! To be used April 28-30 when the New York Mets play the Miami Marlins at Hiram Bithorn Stadium. Find these on eBay, here.

Sadly, Cancelled. Lame? Lame. For sure. Extremely Lame. It is almost the exact same baseball as last years, except the MLB logo is now above the “London Series” and the 20 is below the “London Series”. Incredible potential here and it was blown. To be used June 13-14 when the Chicago Cubs play the St. Louis Cardinals at London Stadium. Find these on eBay, here.

Sadly, Cancelled. This is one of two possible Phillies commemorative baseballs planned for 2020, it has not yet been confirmed with the league office, but I fully expect it to go on as planned. To be used Saturday August 8th vs the San Fransisco Giants (the photo above is the 2019 logo, I do not expect it to change). You can find these on eBay, here
2020 All Star Game, you can find these unused, on eBay here.

A simple but explanatory ball for the retirement of Dick Allen’s #15 will be used on September 3rd. Wish it had more flair, looks rushed.

Interesting larger logo that will be used in the 2020 World Series, unfortunately there is no postseason logo for 2020. You can find these here, on eBay.
